Managed product design and development operations for the Harbour Lights collection plus over 30 houseware products (from rugs to tableware) following the purchase of Harbour Lights by Lighthouse Marketing in 2007

Oversaw all aspects of design, manufacturer sourcing, bidding and purchasing, production, quality control and inventory management. While also being intricately involved with  market forecasting, strategic business planning, budget development and customer service.  

• Identified new product line and launched new division producing custom products for the premium incentive market, growing sales to $250,000 in first year in a challenging economic climate

 • Increased profitability by restructuring and buying from original manufacturers
